PMIJ may receive your name, organisation, professional title, email address, event interests and the contents of correspondence when you contact the institute.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, arrange briefings, plan event capacity, provide relevant programme announcements, administer participation, maintain appropriate records and protect the security and integrity of institute activities.
Sharing
PMIJ does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers supporting institute operations, or where required by law, subject to appropriate controls.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal requirements and institutional recordkeeping.
