Information we receive

PMIJ may receive your name, organisation, professional title, work email, phone number, organisation profile, assets under management, investment strategy, Japan-market experience, communication preferences, event interests and the contents of correspondence when you contact or register with the institute.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess participation eligibility, arrange briefings, plan event capacity, provide requested programme, standards and deal-flow communications, administer participation, maintain appropriate records and protect the security and integrity of institute activities.

Sharing

PMIJ does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers supporting institute operations, or where required by law, subject to appropriate controls.

Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal requirements and institutional recordkeeping.

Communication preferences

Optional programme, event and deal-flow communications are sent in line with the preferences selected during registration. You may ask PMIJ to update those preferences at any time.
